I ordered a replacement sugar bowl as a present. I placed my order on your website using the information found on the base of a plate. The website was very customer friendly and easy to navigate. The bowl was despatched quickly, arrived safely and was I believe beautifully wrapped.The receipt was sent separately to me at a different address. Perhaps a compliments slip to give name of sender and nofitfication by email to say the box had been delivered.
