This was the first time I've ever needed to find a replacement piece of China on the Internet. I was particularly concerned about problems with delivery of such a delicate item. I needn't have worried! I was hugely impressed by the design and quality of the package material, and the way the item was packed to avoid damage in transit. I would certainly use the service again, and will recommend the service to family and friends.
