A great service, as always. I'd requested some more side plates if / when they became available and, much to my amazement, they did a fortnight later! The packing is always excellent and wrapping them in tissue paper first is a really nice touch.

To my untrained eye, they looked unused and in mint condition even though they were classified as used.
