I did send an email directly through to Chinasearch customer service. It stated I was very happy with the whole experience - shopping online via their website, packing and shipping etc. Although the cost of shipping to Australia was very high, this was the most important part if the service as you want the fragile items carefully packed so no breakages occur in transit.
