Very professional very honest and always kept in touch with me regarding what I was looking for, couldn't believe when I got a call to say they had filled my request and did I still want the items. I am delighted with the items I received in excellent condition they look as they have never been used. Before I put an order in I did read all about the Company and I have to say I was very impressed with the family run business going from strength to strength. I love beautiful China and have quite a collection I do need some replacements and I will ONLY deal with this wonderful honest Company Chinasearch for all my China requirements. They are still trying to source Decanter tags for me and I will wait as I know they will find them for me The first company I dealt with was so unprofessional and sent my replacements to an address in another Country! Won't give you all the problems I had but until I threatened to get onto PayPal I was going to loose over 300 English pounds plus freight.finely I received my 2 boxes badly packed and items missing or broken I rang the man & he said he would put the items in the post. To date I have not received one item missing or broken. All I can say is do your home work and use Chinasearch you won't be disappointed.
