Excellent service and very thorough follow-up. My only suggestion is that where and item is in very short supply, perhaps you could give prioritised clients a little more time before rolling out offer when an item does come in. I had been waiting over 2 years for a particular discontinued item, was told I had been first on the list when they made contact; however because it was the one day I did not go to my computer first thing (- on the way to the airport!) by the time I phoned in 2 hours later it had gone to someone else. I can understand the business need to shift stock quickly and efficiently, but perhaps in long-term searches the contact of clients could be staggered a bit more?
