This is an exceptional company! Favourably mentioned in a consumer page of a Sunday paper, they seemed the answer to our needs! When I put in my on-line order, for some Royal Doulton items, I must have failed to press the confirm button hard enough and it all seemed in limbo. I therefore rang the company and spoke to an excellent person, who informed me - (after consulting the IT department) - that the bare bones of my order WAS showing on their system already, but simply lacked the 'confirm' from me, i.e. to authorise payment. I immediately told this person to go ahead. This was handled brilliantly. The items were dispatched almost immediately and arrived in a very secure box, each item separately and remarkably conscientiously wrapped. I especially was impressed by their system of classifying items as good or excellent. The good ones were fine, the excellent ones in perfect, mint condition I ordered the items late-ish afternoon of 22nd Feb and received everything safe and sound on the early morning of 25th The company is better than excellent; it is outstanding.
