Such excellent condition and with no marks on the base to indicate whether it is a manufacturers 'second' or not, so assume not. Either way very pleased with it and grateful to Chinasearch for finding it. This is the second time they've helped out by finding obscure parts of old table sets, a great (if pricey) service.
