I requested a search for a piece of a Noritake tea set which had been a wedding gift 40 years ago. It took some time for this to be realised but Chinasearch managed it an I was delighted. The only problem I had was with the packaging as when taking it out of the box, carefully, it slipped out of the packaging and smashed. Thankfully Chinasearch had another piece, which I purchased but I thought that they should have sealed it better in the packaging. When the second one arrived I opened it over a bed in case it happened again. Everything OK this time even though I asked for it to be sealed better and it was done the same way as before.
