Consistently good customer service - always first rate! Just a couple of things to help from my end - I find the new infill chips in my parcels a pain - our trash collectors wont allow them to be recycled so I have to tip the box in the trash and then cut up the box for the recylcling - such a nuisance _ i really hate those little chips!! In my order of several items it might be a good idea to list how many packages are in the box - this w9ould prevent me from leaving an item in the chips!
