They sent us a prompt when the line we were after appeared. There was a good link to the website showing what was available. We were able to order, and the deal was done. The only complaints are a) They use Parcelforce to deliver, who we avoid like the plague, from long experience. And b) they did not tell us in advance when they were going to deliver - as it happened, on a day we were away. The first I knew of it was when we came back home to find a card from Parcelforce through our door. So I had organise re-delivery, which was tiresome.
