Excellent service and excellent packing

I was a little disappointed with the condition of the four plates rated as good they were marked by the use of cutlery which you can feel by rubbing your finger over it. I have a whole set of Minerva which I've had for almost thirty years and whilst some have lost a lot of their pattern, none have deep knife groves.
