The service received was absolutely excellent! A replacement for a damaged sauce boat and needed for Christmas entertaining was delivered by 10.00am on Christmas eve even though it was ordered as late as the 23rd December. Thank you Mel for pulling out all the stops! Thanks also to Parcel Force.
