Thoroughly impressed with the service. Item arrived the next day which I didn't expect as it was the 24th December. Unfortunately the item that was sent was green instead of the blue requested. Have since spoken with Chinasearch and they will continue to look for the replacement in blue. I have kept the green tureen for myself as it tones in with my own dinner service. Can recommend this company whole heartedly.
