Efficient, friendly service. Have used Chinasearch on previous occasions and always had a good experience with honest assessment of the quality of the china item about which I was enquiring. I have not given an Excellent rating as I have had six inch tea plates on order for over two years with no result: frustrating but maybe they have many demands for these or perhaps not just getting the stock available.
