Not truthful representation of product. A risk taken by online buying , I was really unhappy when I received the teapot.
I am glad I have been able to speak to you today. Looking at your photos the condition does meet our good condition grading criteria, although it is hard to tell from photos. Once again we are happy to have the teapot back from you if you are not happy to keep it.

Duchess Winchester - Burgundy Teapot
Product was not of first quality , small flaws in glaze and incomplete pattern around the opening on the top of the teapot . Condition was described on web page as good , but I was unaware that I was purchasing a seconds quality as I would not have bought it . Extremely disappointed at the purchase .
