I would say excellent except that the directions I gave for the courier were printed on the sheet of paper which was in the plastic pouch unbenounced to the courier who had no idea it was there and wouldn't be expected to break the seal. As a result I had to stay at home another day and actually drive to meet the courier who couldn't find our house !
