My service feedback with Chinasearch

I have previously sent my comments (25/11/14) re. this order and I quote my reply as follows:- "Thank you for attending to my order. The item arrived yesterday (24/11/14). There was a hole along one of the bottom edges of the box, but because of the superb internal packaging the plate arrived undamaged. I do hope you will be able to supply the other items eventually. Yours sincerely, Allan H.H. Kaye." The plate was a good match; perhaps a little darker than my original set but not very noticeable. I presume this is likely to happen with different batches and there were a considerable number of years between the production dates.
