Telephone enquiry dealt with in a very helpful way, product was packaged well and delivery was very quick. A great service, although the price was quite expensive.

The plate ordered was not of first quality, but was described to me as very acceptable, with barely visible markings. I still can't see them! It was as new, thank you.
