Basically good. We thought the teapot lid didn't fit, though (too loose, it fell out easily). Chinasearch took it back very professionally including paying the return postage.

The teapot is fine but not what we wanted. The description included "1 3/4 inch" which made me think this was a small teapot, but in fact it's quite big - maybe 1 3/4 pint, I don't know. Having sent one back, we decided to sell this one on ebay.
