Very easy to deal with. The packaging to nz was very good. I can't fault the service and was happy to replace my platter.
Royal Doulton Florinda - L.S.1042 Oval Platter
The platter does have a slight fault but I was happy to replace my set. It has a slight bevel, hardly noticeable.
