Appreciated a call from the UK to my home in Australia checking details. Staff did what they could to follow a delivery request I had made. Products were delivered to Australia from Uk in less than a week. Insurance and postage was expensive but I was prepared to pay that.

Products all coded on specified quality however , with my eye, I was not able to tell the difference between "excellent" and "good" products, except by the colour of the dot.they all were excellent quality. Thanks for choosing quality products for me. Jan B.
