It was fine however I think the packaging could be improved....perhaps use bubble wrap?

I am sorry that we sent you the wrong version of the soup cup. We have now sent out a replacement which should be with you shortly. We use newspaper as our main packing material as we have found this to be the most environmentally responsible and secure way of transporting delicate china. Kind Regards Jane
