Chinasearch's service is first rate. However their parcel service Groundforce is terrible, especially their German/Austrian partner GLS. I paid for delivery which I did not get. This is a consistent issue with Groundforce/GLS. I strongly recommend switching to UPS or FedEx in the future which are more expensive but offer far superior and reliable service.
