It was wonderful that they were able to find some more plates,bowls etc for me as I bought a whole set of American sampler just after we were married and over the years several of the pieces had got broken and we were down to five or seven of everything! Not surprising after over fourth years..

So now we have a full set again and can have dinner parties with all the same china instead of bits and bobs!!! I have always loved the pattern and get great pleasure from eating off it so it is wonderful that they have this amazing service and can track things down like that. I wish they or someone could do the same thing for glass!
