I an glad I was able to speak to you about your order. We did not realise at the time that there were 2 versions of the bowls one with and one without the gold line on the outside. We have now created 2 separate lines for these on the stock list. I am sorry that you were sent a cup that had crazing in the glaze and that this was only noticeable when the cup was filled with liquid. Crazing would not normally be allowed in this grade. We have taken on board your comments regarding the difficulty is distinguishing between the 2 styles of cup, and are looking at ways of making this clearer on the website. Kind Regards Jane
