The service from Chinasearch was excellent but delivery was a fiasco. Parcelforce did not find anybody home so delivered the product to a post office some many miles away. The delivery was to my son's address and he requested an alternative day which did not happen. I tracked the package (from where I live in France) and sent an email requesting the same date of delivery to my son's address. They said they could not deliver and the package should be collected. In the end our son's "au pair" had to drive off to get it at some inconvenience in order for my son to bring the package to us at Christmas.
