The service was efficient, staff were knowledgeable about the product and the goods were despatched in a timely manner. However, further clarity regarding the condition of the goods could be provided in greater detail on the website. Customer is never certain as to the quality of the goods when ordered. Requested a photograph prior to purchase but this was denied.
