Boots Hanover Green Dinner Plate

I was a little disappointed with the quality of these dinner plates, as the quality on the website was marked as "Very Good" condition, when in comparison with the other items I purchased, they weren't. One has a large scratch and on the other the inner gold circle was wearing off. I feel that as Chinasearch have tiered pricing for quality, that these two plates should not have been charged at full price.
