Service was excellent. I am very impressed.my only complaint would be with Royal Mail who simply dropped the package over my gate without ringing the entryphone bell. I only discovered the parcel when I nearly ran over it in my car! This has been a recurring experience with Royal Mail ( though other couriers never have this problem) and I urge you to make them aware of this poor customer service.
