Good, clear website and easy ordering system. Delivery was well within estimated time despite ordering in the Christmas/New Year break. Confirmation email even told me who was dealing with my order and that she was available to contact if there were any problems. On delivery there was a thank you card included with the name of the packer. Great customer service!

Used for high days and holidays, I was upset when the vegetable dish came out of the dishwasher following Christmas lunch with a hairline crack (definitely not there when it went in). I knew the design was discontinued so despaired I would find a replacement. What use a lid with no bowl? Chinasearch came to the rescue and it was as described - as new! Unfortunately, they do not have a replacement teacup which I broke a year or so ago! Will look again in case one does become available.
