My service feedback with Chinasearch

Bowl in excellent condition but pattern was rather heavier and less delicate than my original set. Different batch or did Spode reduce its quality in its later days or some other reason ? Same comment applies to the dinner plates which I bought from you recently. One was just as my originals, the others much clunkier.
