I appreciated the very quick phone call to advise me that part of my order could not be supplied. The lady was most apologetic and tried to offer an alternative. The main bulk of my order arrived quickly, well packed and intact. I have ordered from Chinasearch before and have found them professional and very pleasant to talk with.
