I had asked to have goods delivered to my Work address, as I had on previous purchases. Despite agreeing this address, parcel was delivered to my Home address, which caused problems (it was left with a neighbour next-door but one, just as they were going on holiday). After talking with jane, we reached the tentative conculsion that your computer system overrode the address that had been agreed at time of order (order was by phone).
