Very pleased to speak to you when I couldn't find quite the right thing on line. The part supply was very acceptable, and we look forward to hearing when you are able to supply the additional Royal Doulton teacup. Delivery by GPO was excellent and beautifully packed - we were able to keep the day free to meet the postman! ( and almost able to fill our recycling bin with the scrunched up newspaper)
