easy to use and efficient service

china plates a little overpriced in view of the fact they were imperfect and in parts quite badly worn. Far more worn than my very old plates that i ve had for nearly twenty years and are in daily use by my family and washed by dishwasher. it did feel a little as though my need to replace missing items from a now obsolete range was being taken advantage of!! I m not fond of criticism but that was my overriding impression.
