The goods arrived sooner than expected, well packed so in perfect condition. Only suggestion: Your website allows customers to indicated which pieces interest them, even if not in stock. So I had expected to be notified when they came into stock. Instead it was when I checked back on your website that I noticed myself the items had turned up, so no actual problem. You could however have automatic e-mailing to customers from the website, just as you have automatic requests for feedback.
