Excellent service because I got what I wanted, but there was no confirmation in response to my initial enquiry. It would have been good to know they were searching on my behalf. I meantime had forgotten about it and was surprised by a cold call saying they had found china for me.

As explained to me by telephone, 2 plates were new and 2 had slight blemishes on the rim. Therefore happy with the plates when I received them.
