The same day (Sat., 5 Jan) I ordered what you didn't provide from Replacements, Ltd. in North Carolina, USA. With similar charges they took less 2 weeks, about 1/2 of your time. Strange for the USA to be faster as his order was for English China. On the other hand your secure packing is excellent.
