The lady who answered the phone and took my order was very helpful and efficient - even called me by my name without me telling her it! The plates arrived next day as arranged and were well packed.

Wedgwood Nantucket Dinner Plate
The plates, which were a present for my sister-in-law, were in good condition and arrived safely. My only comment is that it would be nice if the plates and postage were less expensive!
