Had a few issues paying trying to use paypal, in the end couldnt do it and had to use a credit card. Website easy to use. Postage for UK reasonable, international not so much.

Seconds on plates not clear on website, rather disappointed - though clearly marked on the plate you could not know what you were buying. I would not have purchased if I had knew the second marks were so significant. As was an overseas visitor and on a timeline I could not return product, and will have to live with it! But disappointment means would probably not use service again as you dont know what you are buying (quality of the product)
