I cannot think of any way this could be improved: you look on the website, order what you want and it arrives, carefully packed, a few days later. I have used Chinasearch several times and the service has always been excellent.

The product I ordered was described as being in good condition. It was. There were no little scratches or any marks due to wear. The glaze was still good. I was very happy with it.
