Great service, speedy response

I love my Portmeirion Dusk crockery and was sad when my husband dropped and broke a teacup recently. He went straight on to the Chinasearch website, found the right cup, ordered it and was very pleased to receive it within a few days. This was during lockdown and it was well packed too!!
