Good all round cooperation with a very good company.

I ordered a Portmeirion jug and was contacted a few days later to be told that there appeared to be some sort of crack in the base. I was asked if I still wanted to go through with the purchase, said yes, and was informed that I could still have the jug and would not have to pay for the postage. Thank you Chinasearch.good
