Mel Floyd answered immediately and gave me all the details I needed. I also asked some other questions regarding whether a friend visiting UK and living close to the Chinasearch Warehouse, could collect on my behalf, Again the answers were dealt with quickly and efficiently. My friend has brought back the sugar bowl to me. It is perfect, exactly what I wanted and I have now completed my Royal Albert Tea Set. I am very happy.
