First tureen delivered had a small crack ?in the glaze by the handle. I rang to explain this as I wanted to return the item, it was replaced quickly and postage reimbursed for returning faulty one. I was particularly impressed with the helpfulness of the person I spoke to who helped and explained more where available. Excellent customer service, so I went from disappointment regarding first tureen to being well impressed.
