I purchased 2 Denby Reflex mugs from Chinasearch. l am very dissatisfied because the mugs were not in very good condition. I paid twice for postage by Royal Mail., As a regular customer, my address should have been easily varified by Chinasearch staff before sending the parcel to Royal Mail for postage. The parcel was returned to sender (Chinasearch) because my door number was omitted in the address. I had to pay for postage again before the mugs were resent to me. I was dissatisfied with the condition of the mugs but sending them back to Chinasearch would have meant a further postage charge which would have made no sense for me to undertake. Total cost was already over £40.00. I am highly dissatisfied with this purchase.

I have only received pone of the two items I ordered.

It would be a good idea to note the particular edition of the Wedgwood Colosseum teacup as the Bicentenary edition is both finer and a little smaller than the regular one.

Didn’t receive an order confirmation so had to call the company

So far I havent received my plate. Ordered on 28th may 2020.I was expecting it to take a few weeks but would like to know when I can expect it. Can you help with that.

It took a long time to arrive.

One plate: wrong pattern, but this was quickly replaced. All items in good condition, as always.

The cup is the correct pattern, and it arrived in good shape. Unfortunately, it is not an exact match. The size and shape is just enough off from my China that it is noticeable to me. The average person would not notice, but I do and it bothers me. I am not going to return it because shipping would cost more than the cup.

Support was good but when received the box was slit along one side. Contents had been packed well but for the cost better packaging should have been used. The contents were two different colours and the advert had not identified this.

Unfortunately when I received the plates, I found that they were not what I expected. I wanted completely plain white Thomas side plates, not ones with an underlying line pattern.. The web site did not give a clear enough photo of the plate, so I assumed these would match my existing plain white plates.

This is a response to China search, not intended to be published, but I can’t see on the form how to exercise that option. The service was basically fine if on the expensive side. On inspection of the goods they looked to us to be seconds. China search ought to identify when goods are of seconds quality, indicate them as such on the website and price accordingly.

There is no indication on the website that delivery time would be so lengthy. There needs to be an explanation of the various stages necessary for supply of new items from the manufacturer.

ordering was easy but the saucer I ordered was not part of the set that I have so I have wasted my money

Online ordering was easy. However, in my first contact with Chinasearch (Email dated 7th January), I did mention that I wanted to order Moss Ross T432. I thought this is what I was ordering when I did my online order, but the plates I received were indeed Moss Rose but not T432, which was a disappointment. However, the plates were acceptable.

Received 4 small saucers (possibly coffee) and not the two replacement tea cups and larger saucers ordered. On the plus side the prices were good and the items delivered useful

All was good except for the packaging. A huge box was used for a little item. A padded envelope would have sufficed. Be more eco friendly. Thanks

Two items ordered the same time arrived with a week difference between each other-

I think your service is generally good but of the two saucers you sent me, one had a plain edge and the other had a wavy edge.... I’d asked for plain. I couldn’t be bothered to send it back, but now you’ve asked!!!!

Photographs on the website were not fully illustrative of the the piece, in particular the pattern detail. However, the staff were good enough to offer a full collection and refund. Just a bit disappointed.

Still waiting for pieces. Presumably postage will have be paid a few more times if found separate. Would have been better if notified when all found.
