Good service but a lengthy process

There is no indication on the website that delivery time would be so lengthy. There needs to be an explanation of the various stages necessary for supply of new items from the manufacturer.
Thomas Loft White Jumbo Saucer
This item is described and pictured on the website as Loft White. It is in fact pale grey. It was ordered to replace the saucer of a porcelain cup that has a white background. Not a good match as it turns out.
