A good service with items in very nice condition

Website was easy to find, and just what I was looking for, well packaged and quick delivery.

Your service was excellent, as was previously the case when we ordered from you. The items turned out not to be quite what we were hoping for because the cups and saucers do not match. The cups are exactly the ones we wanted, and we spent quite some time pondering which of the saucers would match them. In the end, because their names corresponded so well, we assumed the ones we opted for would match. In practice, however, the saucers are for cups with a much wider base. Fortunately, we have a set of coffee cups with saucers for which these new four are a perfect match, so we shall keep them for possible breakages. We will try again shortly to order the correct saucers from you, but meanwhile, it might be worth your considering whether there is a way that you can indicate on your website which cups are designed to go with which saucers (obviously, there may be cases where more than one option would work, but, in theory, this could still be marked and the buyer then make a choice knowing that whichever they choose will match).

A bit expensive, managed to source the same items cheaper on ebay but I needed a few extra so paid the difference

The reason for the 4 stars is that although the last pair of plates took 9 months to be delivered, the staff kept me informed all the time where the plates were ,not leaving me in limbo. Will definitely use Chinasearch again. Many thanks Bob Williamson

Alerting me to items for sale that I am collecting.

I contacted China Search a long time ago, can’t remember when, and assumed as I hadn’t had any further contact with the company that was the end. It was a complete surprise to receive a phone call stating the item I was searching for was available. Mel Floyd was my contact and after talking about the item I was happy to make a purchase. My only criticism is not having some contact with the company to confirm my name was still current on a search list.

I was glad to be told this was available. the plate arrived speedily.
