I ordered several items showed , Only one was available, it was well packed and delivered in good time, but disappointed with the lack of availability of .the other ordered items,

I was very pleased to receive the new Denby mugs, but they took a long time to come without any explanation .

There was slight damage to the design on the plate but otherwise I had no problem with the order or delivery

Efficient service once ordered. Poor website shows dozens of items not in stock

The service was great but I wasn't super pleased with the quality of the plate. There were several deep scratches in the glaze that, in my mind, would disqualify it from the very good rating it was given. I'm afraid that they will shorten the plate's lifespan especially when washed in the dishwasher.

Good service, cannot tell if some plates are "seconds". The website only indicate good vs very good quality. Packing not adequate as plated wrapped in newspaper w/ thin pieces styrofoam sheeting between the plates. One of the bowls was broken in half and not salvageable, the box arrived torn and slightly open at the corner w/o adequate Fragile handle w/ care markings.

initially delivered the wrong china, but after contact they immediately sent out another of my order and arranged to have the incorrect order recovered. Delivery people were not that good. However I have been ordering china from Chinasearch for more than 6 years. P.J.

delivery etc. excellent, but disappointed to find one of the bowls was a second with a big bite out of it

Confusion over order initially recorded.

Regrettably one of the 3 bowls ordered was not available. However I have asked to be informed as soon as more are available

Good but should have kept in touch with search for 7 inch plates

I had difficulty paying online ,had to phone to complete the order .very frustrating as I’m in Australia at present .

I thought that the service was generally good however the lid does not fit on the top of the teapot very well. When pouring from the pot you have to hold on to the top as it is very loose and will easily fall out. The lid outer diameter is 55mm and the pots inner diameter is 65mm on my old teapot it is 60mm and 65mm.

It was not clear that the items were not first quality - there were obvious imperfections that should have been shown before purchase.

They offered me a large discount, but when I ordered they had very little stock. Surely,you should make sure you have plenty of the most popular items before sending the email offering discounts?

Rather a long time and quite expensive

I thought it was very expensive and found other items I wanted to complete my set on EBay very very much cheaper. Thank you all the same. Well packed and quick delivery

The small dishes arrived pronto, well packed and in good order. The other half of my order is outstanding being not in stock. I have the opinion that it will soon be on its way when a source is found.

I received the parcel beautifully packed and the quality of the plates is good. I think the price a bit over the top.,

Very expensive

The two cups I bought were perfect. But the method used to deliver them (Parcelforce) doesn’t work for me. I live in Stratford-upon-Avon, but Parcelforce’s depot is in Bedworth. It was unusual and therefore lucky that I was working from home the day of the delivery. When ordering p&p, there was no way of saying “do not send by parcel force, pls use Royal Mail. I suggest that you consider using Royal Mail in future, maybe as a chooseable option; the post office is just two miles away from my home, not 22 miles. I won’t buy again unless I can make time to visit the Kenilworth showroom. Because I don’t have time to drive to Bedworth generally. Which is a shame as the cups were perfect.

I was very pleased to find my China at chinasearch but when it arrived there was a mark on each of the bowls ,when I rang to ask why I was told that the marks were from being on a rack and they were on offer!

Service was fine but a bit expensive

I expected six plates to arrive but only one did very expensive plate perhaps I missed the information

The small tea plates are beautiful, however my experience this time is only average as firstly the cup does not have a good finish; the colour in the finish has run over the rim in to the cup bowl - therefore not the quality I expected. Sadly I have missed the 14 day return - my fault. My second issue is the packaging! Although the delivery was prompt, the packaging was cheap and the volume was crazy; again not to the high level of the items I ordered before Christmas - which were packaged beautifully. The wrapping this time was mainly newspaper, plus some of the tea plates were NOT individually wrapped and the volume of newspaper is totally overwhelming! Nothing is broken, but the packaging does not relate to the quality of items purchased that I would expect from ChinaSearch. Bubble plastic or suitable alternatives would have been adequate. Sadly I have received china items from Etsy and Ebay that have adequate, age appropriate packaging. I am now wading in newspaper.
